Nature’s transformative process: What if Lake Ontario could interweave = fabricate the garment?
With this idea in mind I started 2017 an investigation into garment creation, working with Lake Ontario, as part of the design process.
Cotton and Muselin Dresses where released into Lake Ontario to be transformed through water.
Presented at Grow Op 2018 at Gladstone Hotel in Toronto.
Part of a series of investigations on walking on water. It is a performative project which is part utopian vision, part playful commentary on transportation technologies.
